A rota\u00e7\u00e3o em alta velocidade cria um grande fluxo de v\u00f3rtice dentro dessas salas de formato especial. O p\u00f3 e o agente de revestimento s\u00e3o misturados nos fluxos de v\u00f3rtice g\u00e1s-s\u00f3lido de alta velocidade. A m\u00e1quina de revestimento com fun\u00e7\u00f5es de revestimento de superf\u00edcie e dispers\u00e3o de part\u00edculas \u00e9 adequada para v\u00e1rios p\u00f3s com finuras diferentes e tem um efeito de revestimento exclusivo para materiais com pequena gravidade espec\u00edfica aparente e alta rela\u00e7\u00e3o volume \/ peso.<\/p><p>O sistema autom\u00e1tico de controle de temperatura garante alta temperatura est\u00e1vel para o agente de revestimento derreter em l\u00edquido e misturar com p\u00f3 n\u00e3o revestido. O aquecimento e o resfriamento do p\u00f3 e do agente de revestimento s\u00e3o conclu\u00eddos em uma m\u00e1quina, que n\u00e3o necessita de sistema de resfriamento independente.<\/p><p>Alta taxa de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do agente de revestimento, alta taxa de revestimento em p\u00f3, alto grau de ativa\u00e7\u00e3o, baixo consumo de energia e muito poucos aglomerados no produto revestido final.
