De ce fait, des probl\u00e8mes apparaissent souvent par la suite\u00a0: la finesse de broyage se met \u00e0 fluctuer, le d\u00e9bit diminue, la consommation de billes d\u2019acier augmente, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration par flottation chute inexplicablement, la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie ne cesse de cro\u00eetre et la quantit\u00e9 de sable renvoy\u00e9e par le cyclone augmente anormalement. Finalement, lorsque le broyeur est arr\u00eat\u00e9 pour inspection, les rev\u00eatements du broyeur \u00e0 boulets sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 compl\u00e8tement us\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le vrai probl\u00e8me n&#039;est pas que \u00ab le rev\u00eatement soit endommag\u00e9 \u00bb. C&#039;est plut\u00f4t que les conditions de fonctionnement du broyage ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 chang\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses mines passent des ann\u00e9es \u00e0 optimiser les r\u00e9actifs, la flottation et la s\u00e9paration magn\u00e9tique, mais ignorent un probl\u00e8me fondamental\u00a0: l\u2019usure du rev\u00eatement modifie fondamentalement la structure \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du processus de broyage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un rev\u00eatement n&#039;est pas qu&#039;une simple \u00ab couche r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 l&#039;usure \u00bb. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il d\u00e9termine la hauteur de levage des billes d&#039;acier et influe sur\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trajectoire du mouvement du milieu et mode de transfert d&#039;\u00e9nergie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9nergie d&#039;impact de broyage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trajectoire de d\u00e9placement de la boue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tat de distribution de la charge de la balle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volume effectif du moulin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stabilit\u00e9 de la charge de classification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque l&#039;usure du rev\u00eatement d\u00e9passe un seuil critique, l&#039;ensemble du syst\u00e8me de broyage est modifi\u00e9. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ce n&#039;est pas le cas. Ce qui affecte r\u00e9ellement la production, c&#039;est la modification de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du rev\u00eatement, et plus particuli\u00e8rement\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hauteur de levage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>structure du pic d&#039;onde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angle de travail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>capacit\u00e9 de levage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces param\u00e8tres d\u00e9terminent si les billes d&#039;acier fonctionnent en mode \u00ab\u00a0impact cataclysmique\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0broyage en cascade\u00a0\u00bb. Diff\u00e9rentes structures de broyeurs et conditions de fonctionnement entra\u00eeneront diff\u00e9rents niveaux d&#039;impact dus \u00e0 l&#039;usure du rev\u00eatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ii-when-the-liner-wears-flat-effective-ball-lifting-height-drops-significantly\">II. Lorsque la doublure s&#039;use compl\u00e8tement, la hauteur de levage effective de la balle diminue-t-elle significativement ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&#039;agit du probl\u00e8me le plus fr\u00e9quent sur site. Avec les nouveaux rev\u00eatements, les \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs sont suffisamment hauts pour transporter les billes d&#039;acier jusqu&#039;\u00e0 une certaine hauteur avant leur chute. Ceci g\u00e9n\u00e8re une force d&#039;impact importante, une capacit\u00e9 de broyage \u00e9lev\u00e9e des particules grossi\u00e8res et une \u00e9vacuation rapide, ce qui permet un d\u00e9bit \u00e9lev\u00e9. C&#039;est particuli\u00e8rement vrai lors des premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de broyage\u00a0: l&#039;impact est le facteur d\u00e9terminant de la capacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l&#039;usure des rev\u00eatements du broyeur \u00e0 boulets, la hauteur du dispositif de levage diminue et les billes d&#039;acier commencent \u00e0 glisser plut\u00f4t qu&#039;\u00e0 se bloquer. Cela entra\u00eene\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Impact r\u00e9duit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Augmentation du meulage abrasif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 de fragmentation des particules grossi\u00e8res r\u00e9duite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temps de s\u00e9jour de la suspension plus long<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne typique se produit sur le site\u00a0: le courant ne diminue pas, mais le d\u00e9bit continue de d\u00e9cro\u00eetre. Une partie de l\u2019\u00e9nergie est consomm\u00e9e par des frottements inefficaces entre les milieux et l\u2019agitation de la suspension. L\u2019action d\u2019impact efficace \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du broyeur s\u2019affaiblit, laissant progressivement place \u00e0 un broyage par attrition peu performant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-iii-three-common-misjudgments-by-many-beneficiary-plants\">III. Trois erreurs d&#039;appr\u00e9ciation fr\u00e9quentes chez de nombreuses plantes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-increased-fineness-mistaking-it-for-classification-issues\">Finesse accrue, confondue avec des probl\u00e8mes de classification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses usines constatent une chute brutale de la granulom\u00e9trie inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 200 mesh. C&#039;est particuli\u00e8rement vrai pour les minerais de magn\u00e9tite et de cuivre\u00a0; une fois le rev\u00eatement us\u00e9, la capacit\u00e9 de broyage des particules grossi\u00e8res diminue consid\u00e9rablement et le sable r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 devient de plus en plus grossier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-increased-power-consumption-mistaking-it-for-harder-ore\">Consommation d&#039;\u00e9nergie accrue, confusion avec un minerai plus dur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines usines constatent une augmentation soudaine de leur consommation d&#039;\u00e9nergie par tonne de minerai, leur premi\u00e8re r\u00e9action \u00e9tant\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Le minerai s&#039;est durci r\u00e9cemment.\u00a0\u00bb En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, apr\u00e8s l&#039;usure du rev\u00eatement, la chute efficace des billes d&#039;acier diminue. Une grande quantit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9nergie est gaspill\u00e9e en raison du frottement entre les billes, du frottement entre les billes et la suspension, et d&#039;un glissement inefficace. L&#039;\u00e9nergie r\u00e9ellement utilis\u00e9e pour le concassage du minerai diminue, un cas typique de baisse de l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-increased-steel-ball-consumption-mistaking-it-for-poor-steel-ball-quality\">Augmentation de la consommation de billes d&#039;acier, attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 tort \u00e0 une mauvaise qualit\u00e9 de ces billes.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses observations sur site montrent une augmentation significative de la consommation de billes d&#039;acier lors des phases finales d&#039;usure du rev\u00eatement, mais le probl\u00e8me ne provient pas n\u00e9cessairement des billes elles-m\u00eames. L&#039;usure du rev\u00eatement modifie la trajectoire des billes, ce qui entra\u00eene une compression accrue, un glissement plus important et des collisions anormales entre elles. Nombre de fabricants n\u2019ont pas encore \u00e9tabli de norme claire. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le crit\u00e8re v\u00e9ritablement pertinent dans le secteur ne repose pas sur l\u2019\u00ab\u00a0\u00e9paisseur\u00a0\u00bb, mais sur la \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9faillance de la capacit\u00e9 de levage\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-v-four-most-practical-replacement-criteria-field-based\">V. Quatre crit\u00e8res de remplacement les plus pratiques (bas\u00e9s sur le terrain)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Note:<\/strong> Ces indicateurs constituent des alertes empiriques pour les sites industriels et ne peuvent remplacer les diagnostics d&#039;usine, l&#039;analyse des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s ou la validation industrielle.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-elevator-bar-wear-exceeding-50\">Usure de la barre d&#039;ascenseur sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50%<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En milieu industriel, de nombreux syst\u00e8mes de broyage grossier subissent une baisse significative de leur efficacit\u00e9 lorsque les barres d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9vation s&#039;usent jusqu&#039;\u00e0 une hauteur de 40 \u00e0 60 mm (40 \u00e0 60 TP3T) de leur hauteur initiale. Toutefois, la valeur critique pr\u00e9cise reste \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer en fonction des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du minerai, de la vitesse de rotation et de la structure du broyeur. Par exemple, la hauteur des barres d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9vation pour les rev\u00eatements neufs est de 120 mm. Lorsque l&#039;usure atteint 50 \u00e0 60 mm, de nombreux broyeurs deviennent inefficaces. L&#039;impact est particuli\u00e8rement marqu\u00e9 dans les broyeurs \u00e0 boulets, les syst\u00e8mes de broyage grossier et pour les minerais \u00e0 haute duret\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-throughput-continuously-declines-10-under-stable-ore-and-classification-conditions\">Le d\u00e9bit diminue continuellement (&gt;10%) dans des conditions de minerai et de classification stables.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&#039;agit de l&#039;indicateur de production le plus direct. De nombreux concentrateurs constatent qu&#039;en fin de broyage, le d\u00e9bit d&#039;alimentation du rev\u00eatement est insuffisant, le courant est instable et la quantit\u00e9 de sable refoul\u00e9 augmente. Si, malgr\u00e9 l&#039;absence de variation significative des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du minerai, des conditions de classification stables et une granulom\u00e9trie d&#039;alimentation normale, le temps de broyage continue de diminuer de plus de 100 T\/min, le rev\u00eatement doit \u00eatre inspect\u00e9 minutieusement. Souvent, il ne s&#039;agit pas d&#039;un probl\u00e8me de proc\u00e9d\u00e9, mais plut\u00f4t d&#039;une capacit\u00e9 de refoulement insuffisante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-continuous-deterioration-of-grinding-fineness\">d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration continue de la finesse de broyage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On observe notamment une augmentation des particules grossi\u00e8res. Par exemple\u00a0: une augmentation significative des particules de 0,15\u00a0mm, une diminution des particules de 200\u00a0mesh et une lib\u00e9ration insuffisante des particules individuelles. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent dans les minerais de magn\u00e9tite, de cuivre et d\u2019or, car le rev\u00eatement ne parvient plus \u00e0 broyer correctement les particules grossi\u00e8res aux stades ult\u00e9rieurs du traitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wave-shaped-uneven-wear-on-the-liner\">\u00ab Usure irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re en forme de vague \u00bb sur la doublure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un signe tr\u00e8s dangereux, indiquant un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de la charge de billes \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du broyeur. La poursuite du fonctionnement peut facilement entra\u00eener la rupture du rev\u00eatement, le desserrage des boulons et des contraintes locales anormales sur le cylindre. Dans les cas les plus graves, cela peut provoquer des contraintes anormales sur les structures environnantes, augmentant ainsi les risques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9quipement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vi-six-core-factors-determining-liner-life\">VI. Six facteurs cl\u00e9s d\u00e9terminant la dur\u00e9e de vie du rev\u00eatement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi certaines membranes ont-elles une dur\u00e9e de vie si courte\u00a0? De nombreux exploitants de concentrateurs pensent que la dur\u00e9e de vie d&#039;une membrane d\u00e9pend uniquement du mat\u00e9riau. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, les conditions d&#039;exploitation ont souvent un impact bien plus important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Duret\u00e9 du minerai : <\/strong>Minerais \u00e0 haute teneur en silice et en quartz\u00a0: extr\u00eamement abrasifs. Par exemple, dans les mines d\u2019or de type quartzite, les mines de magn\u00e9tite \u00e0 haute teneur en silice et les mines de cuivre de type skarn, la dur\u00e9e de vie du rev\u00eatement peut n\u2019\u00eatre que de 60\u00a0% de celle des minerais ordinaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Classement des billes d&#039;acier\u00a0:<\/strong> Trop de grosses billes\u00a0: impact violent. Cela augmente consid\u00e9rablement les dommages localis\u00e9s aux rev\u00eatements. De nombreuses usines privil\u00e9gient le d\u00e9bit, n\u00e9gligeant la dur\u00e9e de vie des rev\u00eatements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vitesse du moulin :<\/strong> Lorsque la vitesse du broyeur est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la hauteur de chute des billes d&#039;acier augmente. La charge d&#039;impact sur les rev\u00eatements cro\u00eet alors fortement. Certains concentrateurs fonctionnent \u00e0 haute vitesse pendant des p\u00e9riodes prolong\u00e9es lors des changements de canal d&#039;alimentation, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la dur\u00e9e de vie des rev\u00eatements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Syst\u00e8me d&#039;appoint d&#039;eau :<\/strong>  Lorsque la concentration de la suspension est trop faible, les billes d&#039;acier heurtent directement les rev\u00eatements, r\u00e9duisant ainsi l&#039;effet tampon. L&#039;absence d&#039;une couche tampon de suspension est une cause importante d&#039;usure anormale des rev\u00eatements dans de nombreux syst\u00e8mes de broyage \u00e0 sec et semi-sec.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fluctuations de la granulom\u00e9trie des particules d&#039;alimentation :<\/strong> Une augmentation soudaine de la concentration en particules grossi\u00e8res peut entra\u00eener des variations brutales de la charge d&#039;impact et une usure anormale localis\u00e9e. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est particuli\u00e8rement visible lorsque le syst\u00e8me de concassage est instable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Structure de doublure non adapt\u00e9e :<\/strong> Certaines machines pr\u00e9sentent des angles de levage mal con\u00e7us, un espacement incorrect des cr\u00eates d&#039;ondulation ou des barres de levage trop basses, ce qui entra\u00eene un mouvement anormal des billes. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, certaines grandes mines ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser l&#039;analyse par \u00e9l\u00e9ments discrets (DEM), la simulation du mouvement de la charge \u00e0 billes, les tests d&#039;indice de puissance de broyage, l&#039;analyse de la trajectoire du rev\u00eatement et l&#039;optimisation des conditions de broyage, non seulement pour prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie des broyeurs, mais aussi pour am\u00e9liorer l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 d&#039;impact, l&#039;utilisation de l&#039;\u00e9nergie unitaire et le rendement du broyage. Apr\u00e8s l&#039;optimisation de certains projets, le temps de broyage et l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 d&#039;utilisation des amas de particules ont tous deux affich\u00e9 une tendance \u00e0 l&#039;am\u00e9lioration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-viii-what-many-plants-truly-waste-is-not-liners-but-delayed-replacement\">VIII. Celle-ci inclut le suivi de l&#039;usure dans diff\u00e9rentes zones, des variations des heures de fonctionnement, de la consommation d&#039;\u00e9nergie, de la granulom\u00e9trie, de la consommation d&#039;acier et de l&#039;\u00e9paisseur du rev\u00eatement.
