Un faible taux de charge des billes entra\u00eene une capacit\u00e9 de broyage fin insuffisante, et la teneur en particules inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 200 mesh ne r\u00e9pond pas aux exigences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Doublures expos\u00e9es et usure acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec un nombre r\u00e9duit de billes d&#039;acier, la boue et les billes \u00e9rodent directement les rev\u00eatements, intensifiant l&#039;usure. Parall\u00e8lement, les billes d&#039;acier percutent directement les rev\u00eatements expos\u00e9s, provoquant des piq\u00fbres et des fissures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Courant du moulin excessivement \u00e9lev\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque la vitesse de chargement des billes est trop faible, les billes d&#039;acier tombent d&#039;une plus grande hauteur, ce qui impose une charge importante au moteur et provoque une augmentation de l&#039;intensit\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e. Le courant en charge normale devrait \u00eatre de I\u2080 \u00d7 1,3\u20131,5. Si le courant est nettement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 cette valeur, la charge de billes est peut-\u00eatre insuffisante (les billes d&#039;acier sont projet\u00e9es trop haut). Si le courant est nettement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 cette valeur, la charge de billes est peut-\u00eatre excessive (les billes d&#039;acier ne sont pas projet\u00e9es assez haut).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ball-consumption-measurement-method\">M\u00e9thode de mesure de la consommation de billes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Calculer la quantit\u00e9 mensuelle de billes d&#039;acier ajout\u00e9es et d\u00e9terminer la consommation de billes en fonction du d\u00e9bit du broyeur.<br><strong>Consommation normale de balles :<\/strong> 0,5 \u00e0 1,5 kg\/t de minerai.
