Ces fines particules en exc\u00e8s peuvent alt\u00e9rer la fluidit\u00e9 ou la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 du produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, vous devez passer d&#039;une approche de broyage par lots \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de broyage continu en circuit ferm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un syst\u00e8me en circuit ferm\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le mat\u00e9riau sort du broyeur \u00e0 boulets. Il entre imm\u00e9diatement dans un classificateur ou un s\u00e9parateur d&#039;air (pour les syst\u00e8mes secs) ou dans un hydrocyclone (pour les syst\u00e8mes humides).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le classificateur s\u00e9pare les mat\u00e9riaux en fonction de leur taille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les particules ayant atteint avec succ\u00e8s la taille cible en microns sont envoy\u00e9es dans le bac de produit final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les particules grossi\u00e8res de la \u00ab queue \u00bb sont encore trop grosses. Elles sont rejet\u00e9es par le classificateur et envoy\u00e9es <em>dos<\/em> \u00e0 l&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 d&#039;alimentation du broyeur \u00e0 boulets pour \u00eatre broy\u00e9e \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;utilisation d&#039;un classificateur permet de s&#039;assurer que les particules sont retir\u00e9es de la zone de broyage d\u00e8s qu&#039;elles atteignent la finesse souhait\u00e9e.
