La couche de rev\u00eatement est ainsi dense et uniform\u00e9ment r\u00e9partie, ce qui contribue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les performances de cyclage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Haute efficacit\u00e9 :<\/strong><br>Le taux d&#039;utilisation du silane peut atteindre 95%, un taux nettement sup\u00e9rieur aux 60% typiques des fours rotatifs traditionnels. Cela permet non seulement de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, mais aussi de faciliter l&#039;industrialisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contr\u00f4le structurel fort :<\/strong><br>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de la teneur en silicium (10%-15%), de la taille des particules (20\u2013100 nm) et de la distribution des pores, offrant une excellente adaptabilit\u00e9 aux exigences sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inconv\u00e9nients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements :<\/strong><br>L\u2019\u00e9quipement doit \u00eatre dot\u00e9 de joints extr\u00eamement \u00e9tanches pour \u00e9viter les fuites et l\u2019explosion de silane toxique et inflammable, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi important.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contr\u00f4le strict de la temp\u00e9rature :<\/strong><br>Le contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis. La nature exothermique de la r\u00e9action n\u00e9cessite un contr\u00f4le segment\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature, tandis que les gaz de refroidissement sont essentiels pour \u00e9viter une surchauffe localis\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9quipement limit\u00e9e :<\/strong><br>Actuellement, les \u00e9quipements courants ont une capacit\u00e9 d&#039;environ 100 kg. Pour atteindre des capacit\u00e9s de l&#039;ordre de la tonne, des simulations CFD sont n\u00e9cessaires pour optimiser le champ d&#039;\u00e9coulement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-spray-pyrolysis\">Pyrolyse par pulv\u00e9risation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La solution pr\u00e9curseur est atomis\u00e9e. Elle subit ensuite une pyrolyse thermique et un frittage dans un four \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature.
