Ce processus est appel\u00e9 m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9cipitation homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9cipitation homog\u00e8ne est douce, permet d&#039;obtenir un taux de sph\u00e9ricit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 et produit des particules de 400 nm \u00e0 10 \u03bcm. Elle offre une bonne dispersion, mais une faible puret\u00e9. Elle utilise la technologie de l&#039;\u00e9mulsion pendant la phase de vieillissement du sol et maintient la phase huileuse stable, \u00e9liminant ainsi la s\u00e9paration de la poudre et des r\u00e9actifs huileux. La m\u00e9thode des gouttelettes est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9parer des particules d&#039;alumine sph\u00e9riques plus grosses, principalement pour des applications comme adsorbants ou supports de catalyseurs. Cependant, l&#039;utilisation d&#039;huile chaude et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de maintenir le sol en gouttelettes pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes constituent des inconv\u00e9nients de cette m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9thode de mod\u00e8le<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9thode du gabarit utilise des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res sph\u00e9riques comme agents pour contr\u00f4ler la morphologie pendant le processus.
